Help with Adept Observe

Adept Observe is the survey app our surveyors use on site. If something is not working, or you cannot get into a survey, this page tells you what to do.

Before anything else

You need a study code from whoever is running the survey. Without one there is nothing for the app to show you.
The app works with no signal. If you are underground or in a plant room, keep going — it saves everything and sends it when you are back in range.
If a walk will not send, leave it. Nothing is lost, and it will go up on its own next time the tablet has a connection.
